Jo is the founder of MIH Solutions and a board-level specialist in strategy, communications and change with extensive experience in the public and private sectors.

She has turned around  the reputations and performance of many organisations and services, and has  delivered major improvements in staff and stakeholder relationships,  perceptions, satisfaction and team performance. Jo has also led successful mergers and  organisation-wide  transformational change programmes.

Jon Beech

Company Director

Jon has over 20 years' experience of leading complex programmes across the private sector, particularly within banking and finance. He has a successful track record of taking on failing projects and turning them around to ensure effective performance and delivery.

Jon is also an avid photographer and videographer, with some of his work featuring on stock image sites and having been recognised by various awards.

James Benstead

Senior Communications and Engagement Specialist

James has 20 years of experience in journalism, PR, communications and social media across the public and private sectors. With a passion for the written word, he is adept in media handling and reputation management, including during periods of significant change. James has delivered high-impact results in senior roles in local government, healthcare and manufacturing settings.

Communications & Engagement Specialist

Abby has experience in graphic design and has since taken on communications roles across a range of sectors, including higher education and healthcare. With a track record of delivering engaging campaigns, she is a confident project manager who is adept at navigating highly regulated industries and advising at a strategic level.

Raj Poonia

Communications and Engagement Specialist

Raj has worked in communications for around 17 years for organisations like Rolls-Royce, Boots, NHS Supply-Chain and more. He has worked in both internal and external comms roles as well as in PR and media. A people-centric person who loves creating positive relationships.

Richard Castle

Senior Communications & PR Executive

Richard’s background is in news writing and editing, having progressed from his days as a reporter to become regional news editor for a major UK newspaper publisher during a 15-year career. He is a first-class writer and editor, with a deep knowledge of digital news rooms. Richard specialises in spearheading content desirable to local, regional and national publishers.

Helena Young

Communications & PR Executive

Helena is a strong performer across the full range of PR and communications disciplines, with a particular flair for copywriting and marketing. She has experience in a variety of sectors, including education, retail and live events, making her extremely adaptable. Her work in the publishing industry has helped to further develop a keen eye for detail.

Charlie Gregory

Communications & PR Officer

Charlie is a Media, Culture and Communications graduate from LJMU. Alongside his education, he has also worked as a freelance journalist for several different print and digital publications and therefore thrives when writing content and copy. He holds previous experience of working within a marketing company which has helped him to develop excellent research skills.

Isabel Strychacz

Copywriter

Isabel is a writer with a over 10 years’ experience in writing, editing, publishing, creative marketing and brand development. Her background as a published author allows her to think outside the box when crafting communications. From branding documents to media assets and more, she helps tell clients’ stories in a strategic, creative way.

Heather Pinchbeck

Senior Administrator

Heather completed a Business Diploma at an Insurance & Investment Brokers in 2016. She then worked for the Prison Service as a Prison Offender Manager for six years. Her role included managing a high case load of indeterminate and determinate prisoners, creating sentence plans, completing offence focused work with them to reduce the likelihood of re-offending, and sitting Parole Hearings to make recommendations. She was also the single point of contact for Staffordshire Police, managing prolific offenders closely with the local Police.

Executive Assistant

Charlie has worked in a variety of industries, from engineering to fashion, and so brings a range of skills and knowledge to the team. She thrives on a varied workload and has a keen eye for detail.

Slawek Wierny

Photographer and Videographer

Slawek has a master’s degree in TV and Film Production from Silesian University in Poland. With experience in photography and film, he began his own photography business when he moved with his family to the UK in 2013. He enjoys creating unique and creative photos for all client and MIH business needs.
