Both the Managing Director and Company Director are dedicated to combating modern slavery and emphasize that they expect the same commitment from our contractors, suppliers, and business partners. This policy outlines our approach to addressing this issue. 

Scope 

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners associated with our company. 

Statement 

We declare that: 

- We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking. 

- We uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, even though we are not legally required to publish an annual statement. 

- We expect the same commitment from our suppliers and partners. 

Responsibilities 

- The Managing Director and Company Director are responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy. 

- All employees are expected to be vigilant and report any suspicions of modern slavery promptly. 

Due Diligence 

- We assess our supply chain to identify any risks related to modern slavery. 

- We engage with suppliers to ensure they share our commitment to ethical practices. 

Training and Awareness 

- We provide training to employees on recognizing and preventing modern slavery. 

- We raise awareness through regular communication channels. 

Reporting 

- Any concerns related to modern slavery should be reported to management. 

- We investigate and take appropriate action if any violations are identified. 

Review 

- We review this policy periodically to ensure its effectiveness.
